DESCRIPTION

The Unity-4 and Unity-5 switch panels are designed for automotive switching applications. Both models feature lighted switches and backlit legends.

The panel is designed for easy installation using only one ring terminal and up to seven quick disconnect terminals. All necessary hardware is included for installation.

I. PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS

Panel dimensions:
UNITY-4 5.300 in. X 2.500 in. X 1.600 in. deep
UNITY-5 6.000 in. X 2.500 in. X 1.600 in. deep

Mounting Holes:
UNITY-4 Two 10-32 mounting holes 0.650" from the front of the panel, spaced 4.700" apart.
UNITY-5 Two 10-32 mounting holes 0.650" from the front of the panel, spaced 5.400" apart

II. ELECTRICAL RATINGS

Below are the ratings for each circuit on the Unity series switch panels. Please note that combined totals do not equal the individual totals added together. Higher current capabilities are possible through the use of external relays. The rocker switches used are rated for 125A inrush currents.

Two 25A Slow-Blow fuses are mounted on each panel. The recommended fuses are:
LITTLEFUSE 313025
BUSSMAN MDL 25

III. ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS

The power connection to the Unity panel is through a #10 ring terminal. The ground and all lamp circuit connections are made through Quick Connect (aka Faston, Quick Disconnect, or blade) terminals. All the necessary connectors are provided in the hardware packet.
