DESCRIPTION

The LSA-1 switch panel is designed for automotive switching applications. The panel includes five lighted indicators, four rocker switches and one push-button actuator.

The panel is designed for easy installation using only one ring terminal and six quick disconnect terminals. All necessary hardware is included for installation.

Custom labeling is available for the LSA-1 series, please consult factory for details.

I. PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS
Panel dimensions are:

8.200 in. X 2.800 in. X 2.300 in. deep.
Two 3/16 in. mounting holes are provided in the top of the panel, 3/4 in. from the front and at 7-3/8 in. spacing.

II. ELECTRICAL RATINGS

Load rating for the LSA-1 is 50A total current. Each circuit is capable of handling 20A, except the Beacon which is rated at 25A. However, the combined current rating for Aux. and Flood circuits is 25A. Likewise, the combined current for Flasher and Beacon is 25A.

Higher current capabilities are possible through the use of external relays.

The rocker switches used are capable of handling up to 125A inrush currents. These switches are rated 20A. The PTO push-button switch is rated 3/4A.

Two 25A Slow-Blow fuses are mounted on each panel. The recommended fuses are:
LITTLEFUSE 313025
BUSSMAN MDL 25

III. ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS

The power connection to the LSA-1 is through a #10 ring terminal. The ground and all lamp circuit connections are made through Quick Connect (aka Faston, Quick Disconnect, or blade) terminals. All the necessary connectors are provided in the hardware packet.
